Good Shepherd Hospice – Signage

As Good Shepherd Hospice opens more locations new building signage is needed. Good Shepherd has been locating many of its new alternate delivery satellite locations in historic town squares of many of the small towns in which they open. Locating these sites in old storefronts offers the company high foot track visibility and helps the company connect more quickly to these communities. As many of these old storefronts have significant history with the community, the importance of matching the signage, not only to the Good Shepherd brand, but also to the architectural, cultural, and aesthetic surroundings is significant. In some of these designs, I have used influences of old pharmacies, soda fountains, and general stores to echo the traditions of these historic buildings, showing respect to the community, while also representing Good Shepherd's brand voice.
